The R247D.CL features make this the go-to pro performance swing arm tire changer for the busiest tire centers. The easy to use center post mounting increases productivity and reduces the risk of wheel damage. Comes standard with metal and plastic mounting and demounting heads.
EXCLUSIVE VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL INVERTER
Rotary’s exclusive innovative variable speed control inverter regulates rotational speed by slowing as the stress on the bead increases, avoiding tire damage. The double-acting bead breaker cylinder is designed to work on low-profile and large-sized steel or alloy rims.
CENTER POST LOCKING SYSTEM
The center-post locking system uses a center-clamp design, drastically lowering the risk of wheel damage and reducing turntable restrictions with clamping jaws. It also works with reverse rims.
LOWER BEAD LIFTING ROLLER
Rolls the bottom bead off on wide tires helping lift large tires to remove the bottom beads.
PNEUMATIC TOP BEAD PRESSING TOOL
Helps mount low profile and run flat tires without using extra bars and people.
HAND-CONTROLLED SIDE BEAD BREAKER
Increases control of breaking hard beads. No stretching around large tires to reach a pedal.

Rotary Wheel Service Warranty Statement
All Rotary Wheel Service serialized products are covered under warranty for a period of three years to the original owner. Important: The warranty period begins once the product is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account. This date can be adjusted by submitting to VSG Customer Service the Warranty Activation Form indicating either the installation date or proof of retail purchase date. This warranty covers any failure of the serialized product under normal use and service, caused by a defect in VSG material or factory workmanship (“Warrantable Failure”). VSG shall pay for reasonable costs of transportation and labor for replacement of warrantable parts only during the first 12 months of the warranty period.
